How I Work
The first thing I always do with any new client is sit down with you and have a simple conversation. Here we will simply discuss where your business is and where you want it to be. This is a really informal meeting and just gets us to know each other and gives me a much better idea into how your business runs and what your ambitions are.
From this meeting I will go away with all the information provided and begin to layout my vision of how we take your business from where it is now, to where you want it to be.
I’ll then return to you with a development plan including new ideas and methodologies that I think will make your business succeed. We’ll then talk through the ideas, what is and isn’t possible and talk about realistic deadlines and how we can implement all the new ideas we’re looking to set in place.
This is what I like to call the ‘pre-development’ phase. This is really just the time we need to take going back and forth ensuring we’re on the same page and can actually achieve what we’re setting out to do.
Once this has all been signed-off…the fun begins! Here is the time I’ll begin to fully research, develop and integrate all of the ideas I’ve put into place and begin making those ideas a reality.
I usually consult and work with you through the actual development-phase and will provide you with a schedule of what needs to be done and when.
Then with everything going to plan, by the end of that schedule you’ll have seen your business grow from that first day we met to the successful business you now run.

Much of my work involves the teaching of others which is why my skills transfer well into seminars and talks for a multitude of different events including accounting, business and marketing. So whether its a talk on running business accounts or seminar on business development, I am a competent public speaker and love passing on my knowledge to others.

Over the years I have had many written works published, from self-help books to business articles in magazines. More recently I write blog content for a number of different sites on a mixture of subjects from tax accounting to business matters or self development. Writing is something I enjoy greatly and am confident in my ability to articulate the written word.
