‘Business Consultancy’ is my one-to-one service which gives you my undivided attention for as long as you need it. This can be in the form of simple consultancy sessions where you can ask me any questions and I’ll provide you with all the information you need and help you to develop the aspects of your business which you’re focusing on. Or I also hold coaching sessions so if you want to learn anything yourself just let me know and I’ll be happy to help.

How I Work
The principal of my consultancy service is that I coach and mentor you through all the various business development techniques I believe will get you to your target goal.
Firstly I request that you complete my online Consultancy Enquiry Form which has a multitude of questions I like to know before we start our consultancy together. From this I get a rough idea of where you are and what you’re looking to achieve and I then like to get to know you even better through a nice informal chat whether it’s over the telephone, video call or in person.This gives us both the chance to really get to know one another since we are about to embark on a very big journey together!
With all this information gained, I begin to formulate all the methods I would look to implement into your business to allow you to reach your goal. These will include ideas such as marketing channels, profit funnels, new clientele options, business accountancy methods and various other development strategies.
From all these ideas I then begin to plan a schedule that we will both agree to. This schedule will have targets, deadlines and set dates for your progression so you can clearly see how you have developed from day one to where you are now.
At each stage I will teach you step-by-step through the different methods to implement each of my ideas into your business model. We have set times for catchup calls and face-to-face meetings to keep up to date. I want to ensure you not only reach your goals but fly passed them. The sky is not the limit, the effort you’re willing to put in is!

My expertise lay in tax & management accounting meaning I have the skills required to save your company money by developing clever business accounting, careful tax planning and tax efficient profit extraction.
Talks and Seminars
Much of my work involves the teaching of others which is why my skills transfer well into seminars and talks for a multitude of different events including accounting, business and marketing. So whether its a talk on running business accounts or seminar on business development, I am a competent public speaker and love passing on my knowledge to others.

I also work in partnership with the funding company Capitalise where you can compare finance offers from over 80 different UK lenders.
